An 83-year-old man crossing with the signal ended up injured after a taxi driver turned improperly and hit him at Nostrand and Lexington.

A distracted bus driver hit a northbound Jeep on Bedford Avenue, injuring a woman riding in the back seat. Noon-hour Brooklyn, and a city bus turned her ride into a bruise and a report number.
According to the police report, a 63-year-old bus driver going north on Bedford Avenue hit a northbound Jeep sedan near Hancock Street, injuring a 50-year-old woman riding in the rear seat. Police recorded outside-car distraction and passing too closely among the contributing factors. Both drivers were licensed. The injured passenger reported a contusion to her lower leg.

A driver on Nostrand Avenue hit a 53-year-old man emerging from behind a parked vehicle before dawn on Gates. The pedestrian took a head injury and bled in the street.
According to the police report, a driver heading south on Nostrand Avenue hit a 53-year-old man near Gates Avenue as the man emerged from in front of or behind a parked vehicle. The pedestrian suffered a head injury with minor bleeding and was recorded as injured. The crash happened overnight on a Sunday in Brooklyn.
