   A 2008 Lexus SUV driver made a right turn from E 167 St onto River Ave in the Bronx and hit a 47-year-old man who was crossing the intersection with the signal. According to the police report, the pedestrian suffered a shoulder and upper-arm injury, severe bleeding, and was semiconscious at the scene. Police recorded failure to yield right-of-way and driver inattention or distraction by the driver. The driver was licensed. The case is logged as collision 4840226.

According to the police report, he suffered a shoulder and upper-arm injury with severe bleeding and was partially ejected from the bike. The crash occurred after dark on a weekend night. The van’s rear left side was listed with no damage.
