   Police said a 57-year-old box truck driver turned right in Woodside before a 25-year-old motorcycle rider hit the truck and died at the scene.
   Police said the motorcycle rider and a 57-year-old box truck driver were both traveling west on Roosevelt Avenue in Woodside around 7:45 a.m. when the driver turned right onto 64th Street. The rider hit the passenger side of the turning truck, was thrown from his Kawasaki motorcycle, and died at the scene. The Daily News reported that video showed the driver first moving left toward the middle of Roosevelt Avenue before cutting right for the turn; police were also investigating whether the rider had been traveling between lanes. The driver remained at the scene, and police said no arrests had been made.

   Police said a coach bus driver sideswiped a Honda near Exit 16 on the Long Island Expressway, leading to a rollover that left him and Moad Farid Mohd Obaidat dead.
   Police told the Daily News that a 35-year-old coach bus driver was carrying a JFK Airport flight crew west on the Long Island Expressway in Sunnyside late Monday when he sideswiped a Honda Accord near Exit 16 at Greenpoint Avenue. The force of the crash sent the coach bus over the median into the eastbound lanes, where two more vehicles became involved. The bus driver and Moad Farid Mohd Obaidat, 42, a Royal Jordanian Airlines employee, died at the scene. Medics took 19 other people to hospitals, including other bus passengers and the drivers of the four other vehicles involved.

   Police said a Royal Waste sanitation truck driver, later identified as Mayra Cruz, killed 19-year-old Nishath Jannath as she crossed in Woodside.
   Official crash records show one pedestrian, a 19-year-old woman, killed just before midnight on March 29 at Roosevelt Avenue and 62nd Street in Queens; the involved dump truck was listed as traveling north and going straight ahead. Police accounts cited by outlets said a Royal Waste private sanitation truck driver killed Nishath Jannath as she crossed 62nd Street. Those accounts described a turn in a crosswalk, while official crash records place the pedestrian away from an intersection.    A driver going straight on 63rd Street at Queens Boulevard hit other cars after police recorded illness and driver inattention. Two 35-year-old drivers reported neck injuries.

Police recorded illness and driver inattention/distraction for a 2020 Kia sedan going straight ahead. Two drivers, ages 35 and 26, were injured with neck injuries.
