Speeding driver rear-ends dump truck, kills 22-year-old
A driver floored a sedan up Morgan Avenue and slammed into a dump truck’s rear. The 22-year-old front passenger took the hit to the head and died. Another young passenger’s arm fractured in the wrecked car.

Police recorded unsafe speed and traffic control disregarded as factors. The 22-year-old front passenger suffered a fatal head injury.
