A taxi driver kept straight on the Brooklyn Queens Expressway and hit a 69-year-old man walking against traffic. His chest was crushed. He died there on the highway.

According to the police report, the man was walking along the highway against traffic when the 2015 Toyota taxi driver continued straight and struck him head-on, causing fatal chest crush injuries.
