According to the police report, just after midnight on Grand Central Parkway in Queens, a 24-year-old unlicensed driver in a Honda sedan hit the rear of an eastbound taxi. Police recorded driver inattention and an improper turn. An 18-year-old woman in the front passenger seat was killed. Two male passengers, ages 24 and 30, sustained chest and facial injuries, including fractures and bruising. The crash occurred overnight on an arterial roadway.
