According to the police report, around 2:30 a.m. on 101st Avenue near 115th Street in Queens, a 24-year-old unlicensed driver in an Infiniti sedan hit a parked Honda. Police recorded unsafe speed and improper lane use. The driver died from severe pelvic injuries. A 23-year-old rear-seat passenger sustained serious lacerations to his arm.
