A 26-year-old motorcycle rider died after he hit the rear quarter of a left-turning Jeep at Avenue P and West 4th Street in Brooklyn on a Friday afternoon. According to the police report, the rider, who was ejected and suffered a fatal head injury, had illegal drugs and unsafe speed listed as factors. The Jeep driver was unlicensed and had two passengers in the SUV.
