Bus Driver Fails To Yield, Kills 82-Year-Old
A bus driver turned at 2nd Avenue and East 37th and hit an 82-year-old man who was crossing with the signal. He died in the crosswalk while the bus showed no damage.

According to the police report, he was crossing with the signal when a southbound bus driver made a left turn and hit him with the right front of the bus. The man died at the scene.
