Unlicensed SUV Driver Turns Left, E-Bike Rider Killed
An unlicensed Ford SUV driver turned left off 4th Avenue and hit a 55-year-old man riding an e-bike on wet Brooklyn pavement. Police say traffic control was ignored. The rider was crushed and killed.

A fatal crash on 4th Avenue at 21st Street in Brooklyn left a 55-year-old e-bike rider dead Friday afternoon. According to the police report, an unlicensed man driving a Ford SUV turned left as the e-bike traveled north on wet pavement. Police recorded traffic control disregarded and pavement slippery as contributing factors. The e-bike rider, also unlicensed, sustained crush injuries to his entire body and died at the scene.
