A 75-year-old man was killed while crossing Bailey Avenue at West Kingsbridge Road in the Bronx on a Saturday afternoon. According to the police report, he crossed with the signal when a 2019 Hyundai sedan driver, turning left, hit him and caused fatal head injuries. Police recorded failure to yield right-of-way. The driver, a 29-year-old man, was licensed and stayed at the scene.
