Motorcyclist Slams Box Truck, Dies on Queens Boulevard
A 42-year-old rider hit the rear of a box truck on Queens Boulevard just after dawn. He was thrown from the motorcycle and died of crush injuries. The truck driver continued west, unhurt.

According to the police report, a 42-year-old man riding a motorcycle west on Queens Boulevard hit the rear left side of a box truck, which police classify as an oversized vehicle. The rider was ejected and died of crush injuries to his entire body. Police recorded improper passing or lane usage as a contributing factor. The truck’s driver and passenger were not injured.
