Driver Distraction Ends Motorcycle Rider’s Life
Before dawn on Grand Central Parkway, a distracted driver and a speeding motorcycle met in the dark. The 35-year-old rider hit the SUV and was thrown. His helmet stayed on. He didn’t survive.
