QNS's Aug. 30 report said the rider lost control and crashed into a utility pole, without mentioning a speed bump. Audacy and another QNS report said he struck a speed bump before losing control and crashing into the pole.

Reports give different spellings of the rider's name
The official record and news reports give the rider's age as 48. Audacy and one QNS report identify him as Jaime Aguilar; another QNS report spells his name Jamie Aguliar. QNS reports say he was from Corona and lived on 108th Street.
QNS and Audacy reported that EMS took him to NYC Health + Hospitals/Elmhurst, where he was pronounced dead.
Accounts use different vehicle descriptions
The official record identifies an e-bike made by FLY E-BIKE. Audacy calls it a Fly Z6 e-bike. One QNS report describes a motorcycle accident while identifying a 2022 Fly-E-bike Z6; another calls it an electric scooter and gives the same model. The reports differ in their vehicle descriptions.
