According to the police report, a male cyclist riding east on Fulton Street hit the left side of a parked SUV near 926 Fulton Street in Brooklyn one afternoon. The crash injured the cyclist. Inside the SUV, a 57-year-old woman sat in the driver’s seat with her view obstructed and did not move during the impact.
