Both Drivers Blow Light, Rider Killed
A 55-year-old man on a SYM motorcycle died on 57th Avenue after a driver in an SUV hit him in the intersection. Police say both drivers ran the light. The rider was ejected and suffered fatal head injuries in the afternoon crash.

According to the police report, a 55-year-old man driving a 2021 SYM motorcycle on 57th Avenue near Seabury Street collided with a Chevrolet SUV traveling west. Police recorded traffic control disregarded and driver inattention for both drivers. The motorcyclist was ejected and sustained fatal head injuries. He died at the scene in afternoon daylight.
