Two Drivers Run Down Man in Belt Parkway Crosswalk
A 58-year-old man crossed Belt Parkway in a marked crosswalk before dawn. One driver in a sedan hit him, then another driver in a taxi hit him again. He died in the road. Both drivers and a passenger were hurt.

A 58-year-old man was killed while crossing Belt Parkway in a marked crosswalk overnight in Brooklyn. According to the police report, a westbound sedan driver going straight hit him, and a westbound taxi driver going straight hit him afterward. The pedestrian suffered crush injuries to his entire body and died at the scene. Both drivers, women, and a 24-year-old female taxi passenger sustained injuries to the head, abdomen, pelvis, and shoulder on this high-speed arterial road.
