According to the police report, A 38-year-old man riding an e-bike east on West 24th Street in Manhattan died after a collision with a sedan early on a Sunday . The driver was also traveling east when he hit the rider, sending him into a parked SUV. The e-bike rider was ejected and died at the scene.
