Unlicensed speeding driver kills himself, maims passenger

A 44-year-old unlicensed SUV driver tore down Arthur Kill Road at unsafe speed and crashed. He died from head wounds. His 28-year-old front-seat passenger survived but lost part of his arm in the overnight wreck.
