A 49-year-old man was killed while crossing Grand Central Parkway at 3:18 a.m. According to the police report, he was not at an intersection and crossed without a signal or crosswalk when an eastbound SUV driver and an eastbound sedan driver, both going straight, hit him with the fronts of their vehicles. The crash happened overnight in below-freezing temperatures in Queens.
