Unlicensed Bronx Driver Dies After Hitting Parked Car, Tow Truck
Before dawn on Bronx River Parkway, a 30-year-old unlicensed driver in an SUV hit a parked car, then slammed a tow truck. She wore a seatbelt. She died from head injuries on the road.

According to the police report, around 4:23 a.m. on Bronx River Parkway, a 30-year-old unlicensed woman driving a southbound SUV hit a parked SUV and then struck a tow truck. She was belted in and sustained fatal head injuries. No other occupants were listed as injured. The crash happened overnight on an arterial road in below-freezing temperatures.
