Bronx SUV Driver Kills Man In Crosswalk
A Ford SUV driver hit a 29-year-old man in the Grand Concourse crosswalk at East 198th Street and killed him on a March night. The man lay in the intersection while traffic on the concourse kept flowing.

A 29-year-old man crossing in the crosswalk at Grand Concourse and East 198th Street in the Bronx was killed by a northbound Ford SUV on the evening of March 23, 2023. According to the police report, the pedestrian was crossing against the signal when the driver hit him with the SUV’s front center. He suffered fatal head and internal injuries.
