Driver’s U-Turn Kills Brooklyn Motorcyclist
A driver swung a sedan into a U-turn on East 103rd Street and a 57-year-old rider hit the car head-on. The motorcyclist, helmet on, was thrown and killed. Two people in the car were hurt on a Sunday night street gone quiet.

According to the police report, on a Sunday evening on East 103rd Street in Brooklyn, a 39-year-old woman driving a sedan began a U-turn when a 57-year-old man riding a motorcycle hit the car head-on. The rider, who was helmeted, was ejected and died from injuries to his entire body. Three people were in the sedan; two, including the driver and a 24-year-old passenger, were injured. Police recorded “Other Vehicular” as a factor for both vehicles.
