Motorcyclist Blows Light, Teen Passenger Left Bleeding
A 21-year-old motorcycle rider blew a traffic control at 80th Street and hit a Ford’s side. He died of a head wound. His 17-year-old passenger was thrown and left unconscious, bleeding in the street overnight in Queens.

According to the police report, a 21-year-old motorcycle rider hit the side of a Ford at 80th Street and 34th Avenue in Queens overnight. Police recorded “Traffic Control Disregarded” as a contributing factor. The rider was ejected and died from a head injury. His 17-year-old passenger was also ejected, left unconscious with a serious head injury and severe bleeding. Both were riding on a motorcycle and were not wearing helmets.
