Unlicensed Scooter Rider Killed at Queens Stop Sign
A 50-year-old scooter rider hit an SUV at 28th Avenue and 42nd Street and died of head injuries. According to police, both drivers were unlicensed and someone blew the stop sign.

According to the police report, the rider was ejected, suffered head injuries, and was killed.
