According to the police report, a 20-year-old man riding an e-bike on 164th Street in Queens was hit by drivers of two SUVs, a Jeep and a Mercedes, both traveling south. Police recorded driver inexperience as a contributing factor. The rider was ejected, suffered fatal injuries to his entire body, and died at the scene. Both drivers left after the crash.
