Unlicensed Rider Slams SUV, Dies on Utica
A 39-year-old unlicensed man riding a Suzuki hit the back of an SUV on Utica Avenue. He flew off the motorcycle, hit the street, and died there in the evening light.
What We Know
A 39-year-old man riding a 2002 Suzuki motorcycle south on Utica Avenue hit the rear of a Toyota SUV traveling in the same direction. According to the police report, the rider was ejected and died at the scene from injuries to his entire body. Police noted he wore no helmet and held no valid license. The SUV driver, also headed south, was listed as licensed and uninjured.
