BMW driver fails to yield, 24-year-old killed on Belt Parkway
A BMW driver failed to yield on the Belt Parkway and hit a Toyota, triggering a head-on crash with a Honda. Three cars smashed together. A 24-year-old man driving one of them died there in the dark.

According to the police report, three drivers collided in the eastbound lanes of the Belt Parkway late on a Monday night. Police recorded failure to yield the right of way by one driver, whose BMW hit the side of a Toyota. A Honda driver then crashed head-on into the BMW. The 24-year-old male driver of one of the sedans died from crush injuries to his entire body. No other injuries were listed in the report.
