According to the police report, a man riding an e‑bike west on Roosevelt Avenue hit a 75‑year‑old pedestrian in the crosswalk near Broadway in Queens on a rainy Wednesday afternoon. The pedestrian, who was crossing against the signal, fell and suffered a head injury along with fractures and dislocations. He was recorded as semiconscious at first and later died from his injuries.
