Driver Blows Turn, Kills E-Bike Rider on Park Ave South

A Lexus driver turned left off Park Avenue South and hit a 23-year-old e-bike rider going straight on East 27th. Police recorded traffic control disregarded. The rider was thrown, badly hurt, and died in the street.
