Driver Hits Newborn on 3rd Avenue

A newborn boy was killed before dawn on Dec. 31 when a northbound Tesla driver going straight on 3rd Avenue hit him in the roadway in Manhattan. According to the police report, the child was a pedestrian away from an intersection and suffered fatal internal injuries to his entire body.
