ABC7 described the vehicle as dark-colored. Brooklyn Eagle identified it as a Dodge Ram pickup truck and reported that Zurrow was driving it.
Chen's family remembers her work and care
Brooklyn Eagle described Chen as a seamstress, mother, wife, and her family's sole provider. Her husband, Wei Zhao, remembered her as "a great mother and companion, and a very hard worker." The report said Zhao sought donations for funeral expenses and family living costs. Brooklyn Paper later reported Zhao could not leave the state for work because he had become the main caregiver for his son.
Police later arrested and charged Zurrow
