Truck Driver Fails To Yield, Kills Woman

A dump truck driver turned right at Bedford and Tilden and hit a 58-year-old woman who was crossing with the signal. Police say he failed to yield. She died in the street while the truck rolled on, metal untouched.

According to the police report, a dump truck driver making a right turn from Bedford Avenue onto Tilden Avenue in Brooklyn hit a 58-year-old woman who was crossing the intersection with the signal.
