According to the police report, a 30-year-old unlicensed woman driving a 2007 Jeep SUV north on Bronx River Parkway around 3:17 a.m. lost control and crashed. Police recorded unsafe speed as the contributing factor. She was ejected and died from severe abdominal and pelvic injuries.
