Speeding Driver Flips Mercedes on Grand Central
A 22-year-old driver tore east on Grand Central Parkway, passed in the fast lane, and flipped his Mercedes. He died from head injuries; four other people in the chain crash were hurt.

According to the police report, a 22-year-old man driving a Mercedes east on Grand Central Parkway on a Sunday morning passed other traffic at unsafe speed, lost control, and overturned. Police recorded unsafe speed and aggressive driving. The Mercedes driver, who was partially ejected, died from head injuries. Four people in three other eastbound vehicles were injured in the resulting chain crash.
