Driver Making Left Turn Fatally Hits Cyclist in Flushing
A 43-year-old driver turning left hit cyclist Guixia Zhu near 41st Avenue and Bowne Street in Flushing on June 10, 2024, and she died at a hospital, police told QNS.

Police told QNS that a 43-year-old driver traveling east on 41st Avenue turned left onto Bowne Street and hit Guixia Zhu as she cycled west on 41st Avenue at about 9:15 a.m. on June 10, 2024.
