According to the police report, a 39-year-old unlicensed motorcycle rider heading south on Clearview Expressway hit the rear of a pickup truck as the unlicensed truck driver changed lanes on the arterial road. The rider was ejected and sustained fatal injuries described as severe lacerations to the entire body. Police listed both vehicles traveling southbound and recorded both operators as unlicensed at the time of the crash.
