According to the police report, a 51-year-old man walking on Bruckner Expressway shortly after 5 a.m. was killed when a northbound driver in a sedan going straight hit his body, causing crush injuries to his entire body. Police recorded driver inattention and noted that the driver was unlicensed. A second sedan was parked and took contact on its right side doors during the crash.
