According to the police report, a 26-year-old man riding an e-bike west on Westchester Avenue near 1957 Westchester Avenue at about 9:55 p.m. hit the right side of a car and suffered fatal head and internal injuries. He was not wearing a helmet. Police recorded Failure to Yield Right-of-Way as a contributing factor in the nighttime crash, which occurred in light rain.
