23-Year-Old Driver Kills Man on Flatbush
A 23-year-old SUV driver heading south on Flatbush Avenue hit a 60-year-old man and crushed him beneath the front of the vehicle. The man died at the scene. The driver was also hurt when the SUV then hit a parked wood chipper.
