A four-vehicle collision

Rahman was a passenger in the Honda
Shafiur Rahman, 75, of Euless, Texas, was riding in the Honda. EMS took him to Elmhurst Hospital, where he died. The Honda driver and four other passengers, including two children, were taken to the hospital in stable condition. The Chevrolet and Kia drivers were also hospitalized in stable condition.
Initial reports described the man who died as the driver of a sedan. The city person record and later reporting identify Rahman as a passenger in the Honda.
Injury counts differ
The city crash record counts six injured motorists, while subsequent reporting described seven other people injured. As of Nov. 22, police had made no arrests and continued investigating.
