Speeding BMW driver killed on Belt Parkway
A 41-year-old BMW SUV driver pushed it too fast on Belt Parkway overnight and lost it. Police say unsafe speed on slick pavement ended with him ejected and killed, alone in the dark.

According to the police report, a 41-year-old man driving a BMW SUV east on Belt Parkway overnight crashed while traveling at unsafe speed on slippery pavement in Brooklyn. Police recorded unsafe speed and pavement slippery as contributing factors. The licensed driver, the only person in the vehicle, was ejected, suffered crush injuries to his head and was pronounced dead at the scene.
