Unlicensed SUV Driver Slams Pickup, Dies on Pennsylvania Ave

According to the police report, a 28-year-old unlicensed man driving an SUV north on Pennsylvania Avenue hit the right side of a northbound pickup truck at Seaview Avenue on a Tuesday evening. The SUV driver died from crash injuries described as severe bleeding to his entire body. Three people riding in the pickup were reported injured.
