Motorcyclist Dies After Botched Pass on Pelham

According to the police report, a 31-year-old man riding a motorcycle east on Pelham Parkway hit a Chevrolet SUV whose 43-year-old driver was making a left turn toward the Bruckner Expressway. Police recorded improper passing or lane usage by the motorcyclist. He was ejected and killed.
