Left-Turning Driver Kills Moped Rider on Jamaica Ave
A 25-year-old moped rider going straight on Jamaica Avenue never made it home. A sedan driver turned left across his path and hit him, killing him. Police recorded driver inattention.

According to the police report, a 25-year-old woman driving a 2009 GMC sedan turned left from westbound Jamaica Avenue toward Richmond Street in Brooklyn and hit a westbound moped rider who was going straight.
