According to the police report, a woman driving a 2024 Mazda SUV west on Veterans Rd E hit a 66-year-old woman crossing at the Bloomingdale Rd intersection on Staten Island around 6 a.m. The pedestrian was recorded in the intersection and died of crush injuries to her entire body.
