E-bike rider dies after collision with pole in the Bronx

The rider
Police identified the rider as Charles Ovono Oluwole, 50, from the Williamsbridge section of the Bronx. The city record counts him as the one person killed in the collision.

As of October 9, police said no one had been arrested and the NYPD Highway District's Collision Investigation Squad was still investigating.
