Four other people were injured
Police and news reports said the second e-bike rider, a 33-year-old man, was taken to Harlem Hospital in critical condition. Three people in a RAV4 and a parked Lexus were also taken to hospitals and reported in stable condition.
Charges, impairment allegations and speed

CBS New York reported that Transportation Alternatives described the West 125th Street corridor as one of the city's most dangerous and said advocates were seeking a protected bike lane there.
