His mother, Lisa Yulfo, called him “a selfless young man,” and his brother, Justin Doyle, pushed back against assumptions that he had been doing stunts before the crash.
The Union Star reported that friends and community members left candles and flowers at Arthur Kill Road and Armstrong Avenue and described Yulfo as warm, passionate and full of life. The same report said he was a 2022 graduate of Tottenville High School.
