Police said Walter and the minivan driver were both traveling southbound on 14th Avenue. Paramedics took Walter to Maimonides Medical Center, where he died. A 20-year-old rider was killed near home
Police identified the scooter rider as 20-year-old Ajpop Walter and told News12 he was hit just blocks from his home. Paramedics took him to Maimonides Medical Center, where he died.
